Annual Maintenance
With the purchase of each of our media players, a customer has the option of purchasing our annual maintenance support.
Our maintenance plan includes one year of major and minor software upgrades, plus three next-business day support incidents
within a year.
Network Pilot Services
For customers just starting out we offer consultation and recommendations for network architecture and product
selection. This includes network topology, hardware platforms in both the data center and as media players,
third party management applications and third party video preparation tools.
Integration and Testing
For customers who have selected or are considering particular third party applications for use in their digital
signage network we offer integration and testing services to certify proper end-to-end performance of the network
when using the applications.
Development
The need often arises to add on-demand features to product platforms to satisfy new requirements from a customer.
Cilutions offers development services to satisfy these demands or to develop applications for other platforms in a
customer's digital signage network. We have extensive engineering expertise across the variety of technologies that
make up digital signage networks. This includes network management, content distribution and video playback.

Production Support
Cilutions provides "Tier 3" Engineering Services to network operators in the day-to-day support of a digital signage
network. This includes trouble-shooting and problem analysis and resolution in support of a network operator's help
desk and "Tier 2" service..

Cilutions' Digital Signage Network
With the purchase of one of our media players, a customer has the choice to have the box configured to work within our digital signage network.
As part of Cilutions' digital signage network, each box is delivered ready to display the following:

| Live streaming video |
| Playlist of images |
| Scrolling text message that be updated locally (at the screen location) or remotely via the Internet |
| The customers' Twitter feed |
Each customer is assigned a Cilutions' support specialist. Your support specialist will re-purpose your digital content (images, vidoes, etc.) for use in your digital signage network. They will also be responsible for verifying the health of your network. In this way, you can be sure that someone will be monitoring your network and will be available for you when you have questions.
Customers also have access to Cilutions' web portal where they can remotely update any of the fields on any of the screens in their network.
