On-demand Target Performance Reporting

A user can request that the EMT 5500 produce a report of the current performance of all targets being monitored.
The report format is as follows:

Field Name	Description
IP Address	Target IP Address
Name	Target Name
Response	Average response time
Down Total	Number of seconds that this target has been down
Missed	Count of the number of times the target did not respond to a ping
Received	Count of the number of times the target did respond to a ping
