Ed Melick : Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Ed Melick has been a Cilutions consultant since March 2007. Ed is responsible for strategic as well as tactical sales activities. As the owner of RadLink, a high-technology consulting business, Ed has worked with other distinguished clients such as AOL; Nextel (Sprint); OptiGlobe Communications, where he was responsible for $20 million in channels sales in the first year; Orbcomm; and Prematics. Prior to RadLink, Ed worked at companies such as Comsearch, where he tripled sales in four years; LCC International; Booz, Allen & Hamilton; Contel; and Comp Comm.

Ed obtained a BS from Towson State University in Economics & Psychology, Magna Cum Laude and an MSEE from The George Washington University in Communications Theory. Ed also has NSTISSI-4011 (CNSS 4011) INFOSEC Professional certification.

Jack Nargundkar : Vice President, Business Development
Jack Nargundkar has been a Cilutions consultant since May 2007. Jack is responsible for marketing and business development activities. Prior to Cilutions, Jack spent seven years at Hughes Network Systems in various marketing and business development roles in its enterprise, SME, and consumer divisions. Jack has had an illustrious 25-year career in the global software and telecommunications industries with companies such as General Instrument, The National Dispatch Center, Vision Software, and Unisys Corporation.

Jack earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bombay University and an MBA in Marketing/Finance/International Business from Columbia Business School in New York City. Jack is also an Executive Education Fellow at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, College Park, MD.

Boris Rekhtman : Principal Software Architect
Boris Rekhtman has been with Cilutions since 1997 and is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all multicast content delivery products. Boris also oversees database design and development; and the testing and documentation of new product releases. Prior to Cilutions, Boris worked as a software developer at Eastman Kodak and was responsible for development of the Digital Lab series of products.

Boris has a M.S. in Computer Science from the Polytechnic School of Moscow in Russia
