Leadership Profiles

Kamran Givpoor : President and CEO
Kamran Givpoor joined Cilutions in 2006 as President and CEO with responsibility for its day-to-day operations and growth strategies. Mr. Givpoor was formerly a Vice President at Hughes Network Systems with responsibility for three network operations centers that served more than a half-million cumulative remote sites. Prior to Hughes, Mr. Givpoor was a Principle Engineer at E-Systems (Raytheon) and an Implementation Engineer at Contel.

Mr. Givpoor holds a BSEE from University of North Carolina and an MS in Project Management from George Washington University.

Bill Stanton : Chief Technical Officer
Bill Stanton is the founder of Cilutions and has more than 25 years experience as a designer and developer of real-time telecommunications software systems. Mr. Stanton’s experience includes satellite communications, IP Multicast services, content distribution systems, device drivers and embedded systems. Mr. Stanton served as a consultant to the New York Stock Exchange in the 80s as an architect and designer of the NYSE Display Book Communication System; integral to the distribution of real-time information between NYSE member firms and specialists on the trading floor. He was also a software designer and architect, specializing in content distribution systems, for Hughes Network Systems in the early 90s before founding Cilutions in 1996.
